We're just 4-6 weeks away from launch, and we couldn't be more thrilled to give you a behind-the-scenes look at where we are.

What's Complete and Tested

We're proud to announce that the core features of Quilt Logger are fully built and thoroughly tested. Here's what's ready to go:

Your customer database is the heart of your business, and we've made it powerful yet simple. Add customers, track their contact information, manage preferences, and keep detailed notes—all in one place. We've tested this extensively with real quilting business workflows, and it's ready to help you stay organized.

✅ Quilt Tracking

From intake to delivery, track every quilt that comes through your studio. Record measurements, fabric details, pattern choices, special instructions, and progress updates. We've built this feature specifically for long arm quilters, with all the fields and options you actually need.

✅ Invoice Generation

Creating professional invoices has never been easier. Our invoicing system calculates totals automatically, applies your pricing rules, and generates beautiful, branded invoices that you can send directly to customers. No more spreadsheet headaches!

✅ Services Catalog

Set up your service offerings once and reuse them across all your quilts and invoices. Custom quilting, edge-to-edge patterns, binding services, batting—whatever you offer, you can configure it with your pricing and details.

What We're Working On Right Now

There's one major piece we're waiting on before we can start live testing: SMS notifications.

The SMS Communication Platform

We believe that keeping your customers informed shouldn't require constant phone calls or manual text messages. That's why we're building an integrated SMS notification system that will automatically update your customers when their quilt is ready, when invoices are sent, and for other important milestones.

Current Status: We've submitted our application for a toll-free number registry approval. This is a required step to ensure reliable SMS delivery and maintain the highest standards of communication. Once approved (typically 2-4 weeks), we'll begin live testing of the entire SMS platform.

The waiting is the hardest part, but it's worth it to ensure your customers receive notifications reliably and professionally.

What Happens Next

Here's our roadmap for the next 4-6 weeks:

Week 1-2: SMS Approval & Integration

Once we receive toll-free number approval, we'll complete the SMS integration and begin internal testing of the entire notification flow.

Week 3-4: Final Testing & Refinements

We'll run through comprehensive testing scenarios, fix any remaining bugs, and make final UI/UX improvements based on our internal testing.

Week 5-6: Beta Tester Invitations

This is where you come in! We'll be inviting a select group of long arm quilters to join our beta testing program. Beta testers will get:
